Extracellular vesicles (EVs) are nanometre-sized released from most cells, including adipocytes. Relatively little is known about adipocyte-derived EVs (ADEVs) in comparison to other EV subtypes, though interest ADEVs as potential paracrine and endocrine communicators of adipose tissue obesity building.
